MYUFOTube is made available under the term of service stated here within this page. By using the site and any internal links related to MYUFOTube you are agreeing to these terms and our privacy policy. Should you not agree to these terms or our privacy policy then please leave the site now.
Using Our Site
All users to the site are bound by these terms of service, and by uploading, watching and sharing content you agree to bind by them. MYUFOTube will not be held responsible for other web site contents you may visit whilst browsing our site, we can and will only be held responsible for the content on our site within these terms. Should you visit a third party site then you relieve MYUFOTube from any and all liability arising from the usage of the third party site. We would advice you view their terms.
Uploading and User Submissions

MYUFOTube would like to keep this a friendly site, and as such we will not tolerate the following type of video content:

- Porn
- Terrorist Acts (including information on how to make bombs etc..)
- Racist or anything which may breach the Human Rights Act.

Should we find that any of the above content has been uploaded we will delete it and ban you from using our site. MYUFOTube asks that you seek the right to upload any copyrighted material. Any material which is rightfully yours will remain yours and a noticed placed onto the site to reflect this you should also include any copyright notices into the description box of the video should the file not legally be yours. MYUFOTube will not be held responsible for the content which you the end user uploads. We will monitor the site daily and also suggest that should you come across an offensive video to use the "flag this video" link at the bottom of the page, and we will investigate and if appropriate delete the said video. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") states that the web site "MYUFOTube" can not be held responsible for the content which our users upload. The forgoing licence for us to broadcast your video is terminated once you remove or delete a user submission, and in instance off your account being closed.
Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the MYUFOTube Web site, except all User Submissions (as defined below), including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to MYUFOTube, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions. Content on the Web site is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. MYUFOTube reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Web site and the Content. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of User Submissions of third parties obtained through the Web site for any commercial purposes. If you download or print a copy of the Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the MYUFOTube Web site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the MYUFOTube Web site or the Content therein.
User Submissions

5.1 - As a user of the site you are bound by these terms. On uploading a video to MYUFOTube we can not be held responsible should someone download and copy or edit it without your consent. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, MYUFOTube does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.

5.2 - You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. You agree by submitting a file that MYUFOTube has permission to broadcast and users of MYUFOTube and any third party site they embed the said file onto the right to view it's content. In your control panel you can edit the file so that people cannot use the embed system and also stop the public from viewing. However should someone find a way to unblock this system we will not be held responsible and you can delete the file if you wish.

5.3 - If you are a legal owner of a file a user has submitted please contact MYUFOTube straight away, we will investigate the file in question and remove the said contents providing you send us prove of you as the legal owner. Please remember that MYUFOTube can not be held responsible for the content our users may upload.

5.4 - Unauthorised uploads will lead to an instant ban without warning and no refund will be granted, your I.P will be banned from accessing our servers, this includes any files that have been embedded into third party site.

5.5 - Usage of robots such as video grabbers and spambots are not allowed, these are seen as trying to break copyright ownership of a users submission and grab users emails to add to thrid party site and as such we will act on our users terms and ban your I.P address without warning. Our servers are checked daily for any robots, and any unknown robots will be flagged and investaged into.

5.6 - MYUFOTube permits you to link to materials on the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In addition, MYUFOTube provides an "Embeddable Player" feature, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites for use in accessing the materials on the Website, provided that you include a prominent link back to the MYUFOTube website on the pages containing the Embeddable Player. MYUFOTube reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the MYUFOTube Website at any time

Assignment
